Right Way Home Inspectors: Your Guarantee

My Name is Tyler Mayer, Certified Master Inspector with Right Way Home Inspectors. I am a third-generation craftsman and an experienced and certified home inspector. I have inspected here in the Capital Region and Adirondacks for years, and I have a long list of happy clients.

My grandfather started Right Way many years ago in NYS. I have carried on the legacy that he left me of hard work, honesty, and a dedication to my craft – and my clients.

My qualifications are also extensive. Not only am I a licensed home inspector, but also a licensed mold assessor, a master and food-grade welder, an experienced home builder, and I also teach other home inspectors as a NYS Certified Home Inspector Instructor.

I understand how important a home inspection is to not only your family and your budget, but to your health and future. When you choose me as your home inspector, I will give you my very best, every time.

Highly Qualified

We are not your average home inspection company. In addition to being a NYS licensed inspector, I am a Certified Master Inspector, a NYS Certified Home Inspector Instructor (teaching other home inspectors how to inspect), a Master level welder, NYS Licensed Mold Assessor, and an experienced contractor.

Experienced

I have performed home inspections for many years and for hundreds of happy clients. In addition to this, I also have nearly two decades of construction experience.

Certified

I am a full member of InterNACHI, the largest home inspector association in the world. I have had the best training there is, in addition to following their strict code of ethics and standards of practice for home inspectors.

Well Trained

I never stop learning and I am constantly implementing the latest industry trends and standards for home inspectors and contractors. I take classes and workshops beyond the NYS minimum requirements.

Our Approach to Home Inspections

We take a “whole house” approach to our home inspections. Many home inspectors shy away from septic inspections, sewer scopes, and mold inspections, and they like to disclaim these in their reports. We like to take the whole house into account though. Every part of the home tells a story, and defects can be hiding anywhere – and we want to find them, no matter where they are.
